Karah Women Empowerment Foundation  was launched on the 1st November, 2018. Before the launch our Directors have been working in the Social space for a cumulative of 20 years together. Out of their previous Experiences birth Karah Women Empowerment  Foundation.

OUR VISION:  Impacting the lives of Women and youths in the Ibafo Community.

A Dynamic Management Professional with 30+ years of experience in building and managing multi-site administrative operations. Recognized for consistent success and enhanced profit performance. Strong planning, organization development and general management qualifications. Cross-functional communications, resource allocation and project management skills. A negotiation Expert with a passion for the advancement and positive transformation of women. A collaborative team player.

Adefemi

                                   Strategist

 Fondly called Mrs ‘Mo. A Digital Media Strategist  & Web developer by Profession, an astute business woman and Social entrepreneur.  With over 10 years of Experience in the Social space. Mrs Adefemi runs Black Switch a Food Rescue and Recovery company.

In 2013, while on vacation, she volunteered for Knights Table Food Bank and Soup kitchen in Brampton Ontario Canada where she fell in love the ideas of food bank and soup kitchen system in helping the less privileged.

This inspired her to start Black Switch International an organization, where our long time goal is to collect food and funding all year round so that food programs begin to benefit & function properly in eradicating poverty and improving health and nutrition in the communities.

Yomade has over 18 years work experience spanning across several industries (Education, Finance, Consulting, Engineering, Construction)

She uses team building and bonding to address several organizational challenges such as communication, leadership, strategic planning, change management, system thinking,
creative problem solving, conflict management, stress reduction, time resource management and process improvement.

As a life coach and Neurolinguistic programmer, Olayomade spends quality time understanding teams to develop a tailor made session for each client
